GENERAL CRITERIA

- 4/5 Star hotel or resort experience required
- Asian hotel/resort experience beneficial
- Pre-opening experience beneficial
- Currently working as EAM / Hotel Manager / General Manager for a minimum of 2 years
- Willing & able to create memorable experience for guests
- Used to manage small to medium size multi-skilled teams
- Self-starter, dynamic, adaptable & independent

รายละเอียดงาน

To assure the smooth running of the Hotel/Resort?s operating departments by directing Department Heads towards achieving their overall goals and objectives, and more specifically to direct, control, and co-ordinate all operational activities aimed at achieving guest and employee satisfaction objectives.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
? Supports and directs the Hotel/Resorts Department Heads and employees in the overall running of the Resort by participating in decisions relating to hotel policy, philosophy, direction, goals and objectives and implementing them as directed.
? Directs and controls operations through the Department Heads and employees to ensure that all day to day operational matters are handled on time and guest expectations are met.
? Oversees the quality, consistency and standards in the entire Resort and that they conform to the requisite standards and meet or exceed customer expectations.
? Makes all guests feel welcome by: Meeting all guests on arrival and departure, sending personalized welcome notes to all guests, actively soliciting feedback and touring the front of house to monitor service standards and to speak with guests at least twice per day.
? Conducts the morning operational briefing and runs additional regular meetings and ad hoc meetings as needed.
? Maintains efficient administration; preparing and submitting required reports and statistics on time.
? Participates in the preparation of the hotel?s annual budget in conjunction with the C.E.O. and Controller.
? Prepares the annual FF&E plan in conjunction with the Controller, under the guidance of the CEO/Asst/Director of Operations.
? Ensures that employees are selected, trained, evaluated and rewarded in compliance with Policies & Procedures and hiring guidelines.
? Coaches, counsels, disciplines and develops subordinate employees.
? Writes and oversees the hotel Policies & Procedures and Operating Standards for operating departments and ensures that they are followed, making modifications or suggestions as needed.
? Monitors the upkeep and cleanliness of the resort as well as the proper functioning of equipment in both front and back of house areas.
? Proposes short and long term projects involving both product and services, including FF&E and special projects.
